A chef’s choice dining experience, literally meaning “to entrust” or “leave it to the chef.”

NonnaKase is our Italian take on Omakase, served exclusively at the bar top. It is an eight ish course journey built entirely around whatever ingredients Nonna has deemed worthy that evening. Expect a relaxed, indulgent 2.5 to 3 hour culinary ride, seated just inches from the action, where you’ll soak up stories, technique, and the occasional piece of unsolicited life advice. You will eat well, learn a few things, and leave wondering why you ever let anyone but Nonna decide your dinner.
