On Wednesday, June 24th, the Garden Cathedral once again opens its doors for Bittersweet Alchemy: Volume VI, an evening dedicated to the art of bitterness, balance, and the sort of flavors that make you pause mid-sentence and point at your glass.

For this chapter, we're partnering with BroVo Spirits, the Woodinville producer known for reimagining amaro, vermouth, and aperitivo traditions through a distinctly Pacific Northwest lens. Joining us for the evening is Mac Kenney of BroVo Spirits, who will guide guests through the BroVo catalog, sharing the stories, ingredients, and occasional obsessions behind some of the region's most distinctive bottles.

Chef Devon Capocelli has created a four-course dinner designed to highlight a selection of BroVo expressions, while General Manager Jayson Kochan crafts cocktail pairings that showcase the producer's botanical complexity. Together, the menu explores the line between bitter and bright, herbal and savory, familiar and unexpected. Think of it as a guided tour through the back bar's most interesting shelf, only with significantly better food.

Join us for a 5:30 PM meet & greet with Mac before settling in for dinner at 6 PM sharp.
Or, you know. Sharp-ish.
