On Wednesday, May 6th, the Garden Cathedral trades bitterness for Barolo as we welcome Wine & Dine with Fratelli Revello, an evening dedicated to very good wine and the people who make it.
Fratelli Revello hails from La Morra in the heart of Barolo, where Elena Revello and her family produce expressive, terroir-driven wines that balance structure with a lighter touch. Elena will be in the house guiding the evening, offering insight, context, and the occasional opinion that may change how you think about Nebbiolo.
Chef Devon Capocelli will present a four course dinner built to meet each pour with purpose, while Elena leads the selections throughout the night. Expect thoughtful pairings, a few strong opinions about Nebbiolo, and at least one moment where the table collectively nods in agreement.
